VIP Day Booking

Your VIP Design Day will be
customized to your specific needs.

Here are just a few examples of what's possible:

  • Full VIP Design Day

    — Build out a brand kit around an existing logo, including fonts, colors, and simple graphic assets

    — Designing small collateral, such as flyers, business cards, email templates, etc to match your existing brand guidelines

    — Creating social media templates in Canva or InDesign for your use, along with a handful of finished posts using those templates

    — Basic website build on Squarespace, Wix, or Weebly

    — Custom illustrations or iconography, typically at least 3-5 illustrations based on style and revisions

  • Already have a brand style guide, but don't have the time to create everything you're dreaming of? A Half VIP Day is great for building your brand and getting tasks checked off your to-do list!

    — Social media graphics and/or templates

    — Business cards for your team

    — 1-3 small flyers

    — Updating old collateral with new information or design style

  • Looking for someone to get into the trenches with you? A 3-Day Deep Dive is great for businesses and solopreneurs who want dedicated support while diving deep into their strategy. SO much can be done in 3 days — here are just a few examples!

    — Build a new brand, with the potential to include: a wordmark logo and submarks, brand kit with colors, fonts, and graphic assets, setting up a simple landing page website with 1-3 pages, 1-3 social media graphic templates

    — Redesign an existing brand and your supporting website and collateral, such as business cards, flyers, graphics, etc

    — Strategize and build out a full collection of web and print collateral for your existing brand, including back-end systems to keep everything organized and on-track

    — Consulting, strategizing, and designing store displays, including SOPs and assets for managing the displays after our time together

 

The VIP Day Process:


Step 1: Apply

Submit your design wishlist through the VIP Design Day Application then book a 30-minute Discovery Call. 

We’ll talk through your project(s) and make a plan!

Step 2: Book

After we connect, you'll receive a contract and invoice for the project.  

To reserve your VIP date, a 50% deposit will be required.

Step 3: Prepare

Once you have paid your deposit, you'll receive a checklist of everything I’ll need for your day, including a custom questionnaire for your project. 

Your checklist will need to be completed at least 48 hours before your scheduled VIP Design Day begins.

Step 4: Kick Off

Once our VIP Design Day ends, you'll receive a link to pay the second half of your invoice. 

I’ll then spend time wrapping up any post-production work to get your files ready to be printed or posted, plus prepare any tutorials that might be helpful for using your files.

Step 5: Sleep Easy

Once our VIP Design Day ends, you'll receive a link to pay the second half of your invoice. 

I’ll then spend time wrapping up any post-production work to get your files ready to be printed or posted, plus prepare any tutorials that might be helpful for using your files.

6. Support

I’ll be available for email support and small changes following your VIP Design Day. 

Please note that “small changes” includes things like correcting typos or swapping out photos; it does not include overhauls on design layouts we worked on during a scheduled VIP Design Day. Any additional revisions or work can be scheduled with a new VIP Design Day.

  • VIP Design Day pricing starts at $325. Please fill out an application to receive more detailed information!

  • It’s important to understand that when you book a VIP Design Day, you’re booking my focused time, not a set of deliverables. I have been doing graphic design for 12+ years; I am good at what I do and I’ve created a streamlined and efficient system that allows us to achieve maximum results in minimum time — but if we get hung up in one area of the process for any reason, it could affect the day's total output. Please remember that results are heavily on dependent on you having everything on your checklist ready before we begin and being available to quickly provide feedback during our day.

    If I determine that we'll need more time to finish your wishlist, I'll communicate with you right away. If this happens, we can schedule another half or full day to complete your project at a discounted rate.

  • Yes! To make the most of our time together and ensure we get through your list, you need to be readily available for any questions and to provide quick feedback.

    Depending on the project, I typically send a first draft within 1-3 hours of our start time. No need to sit around waiting for me — but it's not a good day to be in meetings or traveling. If you're not able to be available and present during our day, please find someone you trust who can be.

  • Because of the time and energy I spend coordinating with housemates to ensure I'm not disturbed during your VIP Day, I do require a fee to reschedule:

    — Up to 11 days before your scheduled VIP Design Day: $50 fee to reschedule

    — Between 0-10 days before your scheduled VIP Design Day: Fee equal to 33% of invoice total to reschedule
